MISTAKES AND THE WAY OF THE WARRIOR

God who is in us and among us always,

We thank you for setting us at tasks which demand our best efforts, and for leading us to accomplishments which satisfy and delight us.

We thank you also for those disappointments and failures that lead us to acknowledge our dependence on you alone.

Keep us close to you in love, so that we can come to you when we make our 30 to 50 mistakes each day, and walk in the way of the warrior. Amen.
